What happens in the real world matters when it comes to real estate. Examples? Barack Obama's ascension to the Presidency will likely make real estate investing less profitable even if prices begin to climb because he wants to impose higher capital gains taxes. And remember the heyday of the late 90's and early 2000's when anybody's DOG could get a mortgage loan? That's a primary reason for the present financial crisis. But so what? I know how to create presentations that sell to large audiences. And I do it better than anybody. Ask Matt B**** - he's an internet marketing "guru" here in Atlanta who I spent a whole day with about 6 years ago and showed him exactly how to "sell from the stage". Now I hear he's doing very well using the skills I taught him. And there's good ole' Joe C****, a real estate guy from Indiana who didn't even have the good sense to pay me for my work - instead, he just recorded one of my presentations, transcribed it, and used huge pieces of it word-for-word. (Apparently he learned to be an intellectual property thief in his prior days in the television industry in Indiana.) Well, you get the point. If you want to sell products to a live audience or via teleseminar or webinar, I can make it happen. I specialize in selling information products, though my approach works for virtually anything. If you want a sales letter, don't call me. But if you want to blow the lid off of a live audience, I'm the "underground go-to" guy in the information marketing biz. Currently not accepting new clients.
